14 May Lina new rider of KWPN stallion Joyride *video*
A fantastic new challenge for Lina. Recently she has become a combination with the young breeding stallion Joyride! This appealing four year old son of Ampère out of a dam from the stallion Jazz earned his approval at the KWPN performance test last fall. Joyride received six times the score of 8.5, among others for walk, canter, rideability and mentality and finished on a fantastic total of 84 points which made him the reserve champion.
‘VERY PROMISING’
Lina will ride this talented stallion for his Spanish owner Victor Petit Ferrer and L. Gallardo and all of this in consultation with Peter van de Sande who exploits Joyride as stallion holder. Van de Sande tells about the formation of this new combination: ‘I know the potency of Lina as a rider and think these two can be a very good combination. We tested it first a couple of time and it already showed very promising. The plan is to train Joyride now towards the Pavo Cup for four year old horses and later on towards the KWPN Stallion Competition.
